All Royal Court appearance requests must be submitted using the Appearance Request Form. All requests should be received at least one month prior to the event for a better chance of scheduling. Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance. Priority is given to College-related requests. In the event that an appearance must be cancelled, please email Deidra Green at deidra.green@tcc.fl.edu and studentlife@tcc.fl.edu with at least a 3 day notice. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellations are rare and the Student Life team will do everything in their power to complete approved appearance requests. Situations including illness, class conflicts, personal emergency, etc. may occur. We reserve the right to cancel an appearance up to an hour before the event.
