Mascot Appearance Request Form

All mascot appearance requests must be submitted using the Mascot Appearance Request Form.

All requests should be received at least one month prior to the event for a better chance of scheduling.

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance. Priority is given to athletic- and College-related requests.

Requestor must provide drinking water for the mascot during appearances.

In the event that an appearance must be cancelled, please email Deidra Green at deidra.green@tcc.fl.edu and studentlife@tcc.fl.edu with at least a 3 day notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are rare and the mascot team will do everything in their power to complete approved appearance requests. Situations including illness, class conflicts, personal emergency, etc. may occur. We reserve the right to cancel an mascot appearance up to an hour before the event
